At the Services section you can find a dropdown menu with short descriptions of the trainings and consultations I run.

If you don’t find there what you’re looking for, get in touch, we have several International level trainers and consultants focusing on slightly different fields within social media.

What does "Internationally acclaimed" mean?

I started my first social media startup already back in 1999. Even if it didn’t live long or make it big, the social media ways of working have sticked with me ever since. Social media has been part of my toolbox in all the companies and all positions I’ve worked at for over 17 years now.

In 2009 I founded the first social media recruitment agency in the Nordics, and sold it to a local market leader in 2011.

Since then I’ve trained organisations to use LinkedIn and to manage their recruitment processes with social media across the globe, namely Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Middle East and North Africa, and recently the Asian markets. The trainings have been sold out in many countries and have received top level feedback all over.

No Facebook or marketing trainings in general?

Facebook is of course part of my social media recruitment approach, but I don’t run separate Facebook trainings, but I have colleagues who focus on FB and digital marketing as such. My specific approach with marketing is the branding side of things. Digital marketing at large is not in my scope even if I’ve worked in and studied marketing back in the day. The marketing part of my trainings is especially related to personal and employer branding topics.

How much do you charge?

Each training is different one way or the other. If not other than location. I always tailor the price case by case.

And yes, Finland has slightly different services available and set prices (read more in Finnish at – I live in Finland and thus the language and shorter travel make trainings in Finland cheaper than International trainings where I have to calculate the price based also on the time it takes to travel to different locations.

Can you name a few reference customers?

I always build a relationship to my clients and keep my promises. If they don’t want their name to be published, that’s totally okay. If nothing else is agreed, their name is in most cases listed at the Customers section.

And what comes to written references, I don’t often ask for references, and even if I do, I don’t often post them publicly. You can see some chosen ones at the dropdown menu under Customers section.

If you wish to know more about my clients in specific country or industry, get in touch!
